ZEN Garden Community
Designed by Ponce de León Architects and built by Ebital, this project offers an alternative to the traditional private residential neighborhoods of Montevideo. ZEN Pueblo Jardín seeks a balance between architecture and its natural surroundings, promoting openness and community life through thoughtful design and landscape integration.
MAG worked closely with Ebital’s on-site team, taking on the challenge of developing the project with precision and ensuring a seamless translation from architectural vision to built reality. Through detailed modeling, clashes were detected and precise quantities were obtained, optimizing the construction process.
The use of BIM methodology was key to this process, enabling efficient and accurate management of quantities, dimensions, and technical documentation. This ensured clear communication, supported decision-making, and upheld quality throughout every stage of the project.
