Mansa Forest
Mansa Forest is a residential complex located in the department of Maldonado, just a few blocks from Playa Mansa in Punta del Este. The project consists of two apartment buildings, totaling 70 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, integrated by a 4,950 m² central landscaped park that organizes the complex and reinforces its connection with the natural surroundings. The building also includes a basement level for parking and technical areas.
The design was conceived to respect and enhance the site’s natural preexistence, creating a calm atmosphere that encourages connection with nature. The choice of materials and the integration of vegetation in terraces and common areas add warmth and cohesion, achieving a harmonious relationship with the landscape.
The project includes a variety of amenities: paddle court, basketball and soccer courts, heated indoor and outdoor pools, enclosed barbecue areas, playroom, screening room, and laundry facilities, among others.
At MAG, we worked alongside the developers throughout all stages of the project, from the site feasibility study and preliminary design development to construction permitting and the production of construction documents. Throughout the entire process, BIM methodology was implemented, allowing for precise coordination across disciplines, early clash detection, and optimized technical management of the project, contributing to more efficient planning and execution.
