Casa Parque

Casa Parque is a residential project located in the heart of the San Francisco neighborhood in Panama City. This residential tower combines residential and commercial uses, with a program of amenities that promotes urban living at height. The building develops over several levels, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and residential units with spacious terraces and views of Parque Omar. Common areas—pool, gym, yoga room, event hall, and green spaces—are designed as an extension of the home, encouraging social interaction and the well-being of residents.

Visualization

The architectural design is based on a modular envelope with earthy-toned finishes, creating a contemporary aesthetic. The double façade acts as a climatic filter, protecting the residences from the sun and rain, improving thermal comfort, and reducing maintenance and energy consumption costs. Vegetation in terraces and balconies enhances the bioclimatic strategy, connecting the building with the natural surroundings of Parque Omar.

At MAG, we worked closely with an international team in developing the architectural visualization of the project, using advanced tools to represent the materiality, lighting, and atmosphere of the design, and reflect the building's identity within its urban context.
