Aeris 1
Located in the heart of Ciudad de la Costa and developed under the framework of the Promoted Housing Law, Aeris I is a five-story residential building comprising 28 one- and two-bedroom units. The project stands out for its proximity to the sea and natural areas, and for an architectural approach that emphasizes connection with the surroundings, featuring bright interiors and generous terraces. Common areas include gardens, a solarium, swimming pool, playground, parking, bicycle parking, and laundry facilities.
At MAG, we developed the BIM model for the project, including full modeling of the architecture and all MEP systems (plumbing, electrical, and mechanical), with a strong focus on cross-disciplinary coordination. We also produced specific graphic documentation requested by the construction company, providing accurate technical support for on-site execution.
A key part of our work involved the detection and detailed reporting of clashes, enabling early conflict resolution and improving overall planning. This integrated approach contributed to a more coordinated and efficient construction process, aligned with the original design intent.
