01 Vila
Located in the Parque Batlle neighborhood, 01 Vila is a residential project comprising two six-story blocks and one three-story block, brought together in a contemporary ensemble that responds sensitively to its urban context. The building includes a basement level with parking spaces and bike parking. Its design features planters integrated into the façades, adding a natural element that reinforces its connection with the surrounding environment.
At MAG, we worked on the development of the BIM model, which included the complete modeling of the architecture and all building systems, with a focus on interdisciplinary coordination. We also produced specific technical documentation requested by the contractor and carried out quantity takeoffs to support project planning and management.
A key part of our work involved the detection and detailed reporting of clashes using coordination tools, allowing potential conflicts to be anticipated, solutions to be validated, and decision-making to be facilitated before construction began. This approach, combined with continuous communication with all project stakeholders, contributed to a more coordinated, efficient execution aligned with the original design.
