Located in downtown Montevideo and developed under the framework of the Promoted Housing Law, this residential project consists of two eleven-story towers, with a total of 81 units of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The complex includes a ground floor and basement with 43 parking spaces, along with a variety of shared amenities such as barbecue areas, solarium, co-living and co-working spaces, bicycle parking, laundry, and a drying area.
At MAG, we were involved in the development of the construction documents, producing a BIM model with the technical level required by the construction company. Our work included the generation of the construction documents, clash detection, and accurate quantity takeoffs.
Through an integrated workflow, we efficiently coordinated the building’s various systems, anticipated conflicts, and optimized overall construction planning. The BIM environment enabled clearer documentation, reduced on-site issues, and helped ensure that the execution remained consistent with the design intent, within the established timelines.
